Vanessa Andel was chosen by the Monitor and was nominated for the honor both by Leasepath teammates and customers alike. The issue shines a light on the next generation of equipment finance leadership and featured a profile of Andel.
As Customer Success Coach, Andel has made a tremendous impact on Team Leasepath. In her time, she has been instrumental in implementing processes and measures designed to guide and drive Leasepath customers towards leveraging their intelligent workplace platform more effectively. She came to Leasepath after more than 4 years working in equipment finance operations, bringing genuine industry experience that has helped her customers unlock the potential of an Intelligent Workplace platform such as Leasepath.
Andel very quickly earned the praise of teammates as a leader within Leasepath. “Vanessa’s optimism, spirit, and drive for excellence are a model for our team here at Leasepath,” shared Leasepath VP of Professional Services and Customer Strategy Michael E. Baez. “She always brings a refreshing and collaborative approach to all that she does and particularly in bringing forth creative solutions for our customers.”
Recently, Andel led the successful launch of the Leasepath user community, the League of Leasepath. She is active in enabling Leasepath teammates in the pursuit of best practices through CLFP and Microsoft Learning Paths, and frequently helps development teams better understand customer needs and experiences. Going forward, she plans to engage with other emerging and innovative leaders in equipment finance by becoming more involved with associations such as ELFA and NEFA.

Andel will next be joining Leasepathers and industry colleagues next month at ELFA’s ETAC Emergence conference in Boulder, CO. Later in the year, Andel expects to visit other industry conventions and networking opportunities in between client visits.
