At Leasepath we are dedicated to empowering Finance Institutions and Lease/Loan Brokers in the Asset Finance industries, including Banking and Automobile Captive and Equipment Captive, with leading technology solutions for Customer Engagement, Originations and Process Automation on the Microsoft Cloud (Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Microsoft Power Platform). The product Leasepath provides these financial services companies with the tools to increase sales, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. We have existing customers in North America and Europe and are continuing to expand our markets. As part of the Leasepath team, you’ll work with business and IT executives and end-users to conceptualize ideal solutions, recommend resources and strategies, and then design the business processes and functional requirements for our product implementation and product development operations.
Position Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and creative people to join the Leasepath customer success team. Working closely with our product development team and our clients, you will be part of a team that implements and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Leasepath. You will gain exposure to all operational functions of the company, with future opportunities to hone your skills in areas of interest.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with clients to understand their needs and business challenges
· Help clients to simplify and optimize business processes using out of the box thinking
· Accountable for full project lifecycle
· Document business and functional requirements
· Assist new clients with data migration, setting up system parameters and document templates
· Prepare and maintain training and help materials, provide customer training
· Develop use cases and test scenarios and help testers to develop test cases/test scripts
· Test new software features and updates to ensure successful implementation
· Competitive and complementary product analysis
Required Skills & Experience
· Proven expertise as an Implementation Consultant, with a strong track record in delivering end-to-end solutions.
· Specialized experience in the equipment finance domain, demonstrated by a CLFP Certification and supported by an accounting background or credentials.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including implementation and customization.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, both model-driven and canvas PowerApps
· Experience of building PowerBI dashboards or using equivalent reporting tools
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Analytical mind with an ability to quickly dissect information
· Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision
· Able to multi-task in a highly demanding & continuously changing environment.
· Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office productivity tools
· An understanding of Customer Engagement Software concepts
· Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third party products
